When debtor(s) have completed the Client Intake Forms and the Attorney has reviewed the form for missing information, submit them to our office with:
A. Credit counseling certificate(s)
B. Previous six full months of pay stubs or proof of income

Step 3
A virtual bankruptcy assistant from our office will contact you to briefly review the case before drafting the bankruptcy petition.


Once the petition has been promptly drafted, it will be delivered to you with an attorney coverage page for review via email in Adobe Acrobat PDF format, after which any requested changes will be made. Upon your approval of the bankruptcy petition, a PDF file will be sent to you.
